Are you a qualifed trainer and group exercise Instructor?

Do I need to book for your fitness classes or can I just come along?

All Pilates classes , Tuesday Evening Metafit, and Wednesday Evening Kettlercise all need to be booked in advance as places are limited, please contact me on my contact page to reserve a place. Zumba, Zumba Gold  and Saturday Morning Metafit are Drop in classes so no need to book.

What sort of fitness level and ages attend your Classes?

My Class participants fitness levels and ages vary greatly! I constantly encourage and welcome beginners into all my classes and of course have participants that have exercised for many years and maintain great fitness levels. 

   

 

Do I need to bring anything along with me to your classes?

No, I supply all mats and equipment, of course you can bring along your own mat if you prefer and its important to bring along some water too.

 

Where do your Personal training sessions take place?

 Genrally the majority of my clients train from the comfort of thier homes, but I am able to train you at your place of work or in your local park.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.

Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. 

How often do I have to or can I train with you?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients twice a week.
